I bought this headset a few years ago and after a year the left earbud stopped working. I had it repaired out of warranty at cost in 2022 and the new set broke just a year later. Now in July 2023 I am told they no longer repair out of warranty headsets and to contact Best Buy to see if they can fix it. Very poor quality for an expensive product Ive owned several LG headsets until now and this is by far the most expensive and worst made one. Ill be looking for a new brand.

Had them for about 2 months and I am very disappointed. Using them on 2 Iphones 12 and 13 and the Tone app does not work it will not recognize the device and so is useless. Many of the advertised features are controlled by that app so those are unavailable. Sound and battery are good but they better be at this price Mic sometimes drops out on a call
