•The FiveStar 36 Cooktop is available with your choice of Vari-Flame Open Burners or Ultra High-Low Sealed Burners. You also have the option of customizing your FiveStar Cooktop with either six sealed burners or with four burners and a Lodge Cast Iron Griddle/Grill. For a flawlessly integrated look, choose from side and rear island trim kits as well.

•Ultra High-Low and Medium Output Sealed Burners in select positions on all sealed burner models
Ultra High-Low burners provide up to 21,000 BTU of burner power on sealed burner models.
•Or choose:

•Traditional Open Burners with Vari-Flame Burners in select positions on all open burner models
Vari-Flame burners allow heat to go up from a high of 14,000 BTU all the way down to a slow simmer at 400 BTU on open burner models.
