after almost 11 years, the microwave door isn't properly shutting without multiple attempts before microwave will turn on. microwave door seems to be sagging at hinges. one of the 2 lamp covers in the lower oven will not unscrew for changing the bulb. stainless steel racks for the lower oven would be better than the chrome racks. black external color isn't aesthetic in my opinion white would be a better match with stainless steel.

We love the oven. It's 9 years old and we are starting to have a few issues. But over all it's been a wonderful purchase.
