The refrigerator stopped working after 4 years. Its not cooling at all. On to Of that we cant get anyone to look at it for 2 weeks I think lgshouldpay for all of the groceries we lost

Weve had this LG since Sept. 2020. We love the side by side features and the freezer. The bottom line is its extremely independence. We dont know if its going to run for 3 weeks or 3 months. Weve had 3 compressors installed. The last tech put a large scratch/deny in it when it was moved in/out against the countertop.

I bought the extended warranty for the refrigerator and have called them out at least once a month since august 2022. Every time they come out the ice maker works 1-2 weeks and broken again. They have replaced everything on the refrigerator and still the ice maker doesnt work. They gave a lemon policy that they Do NOT honor

My LG Refrigerator was purchased in August of 2020 and has been very relievable I have only had one problem with it and it was resolved by a LG technician who did a great job.
