No ice maker

Advertised as having dual ice makers. One in door and one in freezer. Found out it didnt not come with an ice maker in Freezer. Have to purchase it separately and install yourself. No where in the description did it say that. Too two lengthy calls to their customer service to find this out. Most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard of. Id give this zero stars if it were an option.

The Model LRFXS2503D refrigerator was delivered the end of August and died December 25. Ruining insulin and all holiday foods. Repairman sent four times. Yet another part to be delivered. It is a brand new refrigerator. Terrible product. What is going on with LG. How can they not make a product that lasts?
