Our freezer drawer is broken and needs a new rail. This should be an easy fix. However trying to get a hold of someone from LG to take care of the problem is near impossible. Ill never buy from them again. Terrible customer service

Very good looking frig - family has enjoyed it immensely and finds it much more practical than the last frig. The only negative is the thin depth of the water dispenser is occasionally awkward

freezer drawer

I am still having trouble with the bottom freezer drawer. It ices up on the rightside. When I called for help I was told to unplug for 24 hours and completely defrost it. It still ices up which makes it sometimes hard to open. It is sad to have a brand new appiance and have to manually defrost the bottom drawer almost every week. Do you have any new idea to fix this? Otherwise it is a fabulous refrigerator but I work full-time and dont have time for this unnecessary upkeep. Thanks Gayla DuBose

I have just had the refrigerator for a short time but I am extremely pleased. The refrigerator has much more room than I expected. Everything works great. I did have an issue with getting it registered my fault and the LG customer service promptly got my mistake corrected.
